A warm, furnished apartment where light reigns supreme. Completely restructured one summer ago, featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a balcony, and a bathroom. Located on the fourth floor to offer the best view on a park (no elevator so you'll keep in shape!). The apartment is seventy square meters.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own big smart TV, a big wardrobe, a full size bed, custom air conditioning, centralized heating. The living room has a couch that can turn into a bed to give you two more accomodations; the brand new kitchen offers a dishwasher, silverware and all cooking/eating tools; the balcony is just in front of a park -full of green- without any close building to steal your privacy. The bathrooms comes with shower space, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is located in the historical area called San Lorenzo, where local people, students and tourists all come together to work, study and have fun. Thanks to the park in front of the apartment that acts as a "separator" from the places with restaurants, pubs and clubs, you will enjoy the proximity of nightlife but not the noise!
The building is ten mins on foot to reach the railway station ("Roma Termini") and two mins walking to La Sapienza university.
