Ha una terrazza privata di trentacinque metri quadrati attrezzata con ombrellone, lettino prendi sole, tavolo e sedie. E' collegato con l'aeroporto di Fiumicino con il treno diretto che parte dalla Stazione di Trastevere, mentre il tram veloce numero otto permette di essere in pochi minuti nel cuore della città: Piazza Venezia e la straordinaria zona archeologica del Colosseo e dei Fori Imperiali. Il quartiere è sicuro e ricco di ristoranti e pizzerie tra le migliori di Roma, ma anche pieno di supermarkets con operatori che parlano l'inglese. La domenica mattina si svolge il famoso mercato di "Porta Portese" visitato da turisti e residenti.
