L'appartamento si trova vicino a Porta Pia, una zona centrale e ben collegata, ideale per vivere Roma in modo autentico. Vicina alle stazioni Castro Pretorio e Policlinico (linea B della metropolitana), permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico. Il quartiere offre ristoranti, caffè, negozi e servizi. A pochi passi si trovano il Museo MACRO, Villa Torlonia e l’Università La Sapienza. Un’area comoda e vivace, perfetta per ogni tipo di soggiorno.

Il nostro bilocale si apre su un ampio soggiorno open space, dove ad accogliervi troverete un comodo divano, un tavolo da pranzo e l'ampia cucina a vista su misura. La porta finestra alle spalle del tavolo dà su un piccolo balconcino con affaccio sul cortile interno.
Entrando nella zona notte si ha accesso al bagno finestrato; di discrete dimensioni, è provvisto di tutti gli elementi necessari quali doccia e sanitari.
Proseguendo, incontriamo la camera da letto. Gli spazi sono perfettamente ottimizzati grazie a un armadio a ponte che non sottrae all'ambiente metri calpestabili ma dà la possibilità di riporre vestiti e valige.
