L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2024, dotato di tutti i conforts anche antiincendio e controllo fumi e fughe di gas; l'ampia camera da letto permette di ospitare 3 persone( letto matrimoniale + poltrona letto, nella zona giorno vi è un comodo divano letto per 2 ospiti.
Dispone di un ingresso su via P. Semeria davanti al fornito supermarket ed un altro ingresso sull'arteria C. Colombo cove transitano 12 Bus per centro od EUR ed a piedi in 5 minuti si raggiunge la Metro Garbatella.
Attraversando la Colombo ci si trova sul primo Km dell'Appia antica vicino alle antiche mura romane con il museo, andando verso DX in 10 min (a piedi) si raggiungono le catacombe di San Callisto e poco più avanti la basilica di San Sebastiano con le sue catacombe ed i giardini.
Con la metro in tre fermate si raggiunge il Circo di Massimo e successivamente il Colosseo ed a colle Oppio la chiesa di San Pietro in vincoli ove si può ammirare lo splendido Mosè di Michelangelo e la cripta dove sono le catene di San Pietro;
dal Colosseo si arriva in pochi minuti a piazza Venezia ammirando lo splendido foro romano
