Il nostro è un delizioso appartamento nell'elegante rione Prati a pochi minuti da San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Musei Vaticani, Stadio Olimpico Foro Italico, Auditorium e alla Università Lumsa. Situato vicino alla metro Ottaviano o Lepanto che, con poche fermate, si può raggiungere il centro storico. L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano e non vi ferma l'ascensore. Finemente ristrutturato, è provvisto di ogni confort: è un bilocale di 48 mq e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. Composto da una zona giorno con TV a schermo piatto, un comodissimo divano letto alla francese, una cucina completamente attrezzata comprensiva di lavastoviglie, macchina caffè e tutto ciò che è necessario per preparare un buon pasto. Il bagno con doccia doppia è fornito di lavatrice. La zona notte ha un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona, scrittoio ed ampio armadio. L'appartamento ha finestre con doppi vetri, zanzariere ed impianto di aria condizionata caldo/freddo. Tutti gli impianti sono elettrici avendo escluso il gas per maggiore sicurezza.
