San Giovanni is considered one of the best areas to live in Rome, being close to the city centre and with plenty to see and do. This area is also very well-connected by public transport, and the beautiful Parco della Caffarella park offers a fantastic spot to jog, walk, or enjoy a picnic under the trees.

What we liked the most

  • The bathroom is nicely renovated and has a washing machine.
  • There is AC and heating to ensure year-round comfort.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
