A stylish 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent near the Rome city center in Porta Pia. In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed, a small table, a TV, access to the balcony, and the kitchen. But that's not all! Look up, and you'll find a second, mezzanine level double bed. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped, with a 4-burner stove and a microwave. Through the hall, you'll find a living room area, which has a big dining table and plenty of storage space. Above the living room is another mezzanine with a double bed. The bathroom is clean and has lovely tiling in the shower, as well as a washing machine.

Porta Pia is a central, well-connected neighborhood. Located nearby the Sapienza University and Villa Borghese, you'll also have plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops to browse around the area.
