L'appartamento si trova al 5° piano di una palazzina che è stata da poco ristrutturata .
se sceglierai di venire a trascorrere dei giorni in questa casa ti troverai molto bene , è un appartamento molto luminoso si tratta di un attico arredato con materiali di pregio , gode di 2 divani molto comodi e una poltrona che all'esigenza può diventare un comodo letto . All'esterno della camere da letto è presente un terrazzino vivibile composto da un tavolino e due poltroncine e delle piante per godere un angolo di relax bevendo un buon bicchiere di vino o leggere un libro !
L'appartamento è fornito di aria condizionata sia nella camera da letto che nel salone . La strada è molto tranquilla ed a pochi passi hai un bar aperto 24 H dove potrai fare un ottima colazione !
