This 30 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in San Giovanni is ideal for a couple or individual. The apartment's main room is the spacious bedroom which comes with 2 pull-out single beds, a huge built-in wardrobe, 2 desks, and a dining table. You have plenty of storage space, as well as small television. There is a small walk-through kitchen, but it comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal.
San Giovanni is popular with the locals and is known more for its good food options than its monuments. On Via Altino, you are on a calmer street but are just one street over from bustling Via Britannia which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and several Gelaterias . You have several bus stops nearby and the Re di Roma metro stop less than 10 minutes away, on the famous Via Appia Nuoa shopping street.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is clean and modern.
- With pull-out beds, you can easily turn your bedroom into a comfortable living room.
- There are 2 single beds, which means you always have a bed for guests.
- There is a lot of storage space.
- You can reach the city center in just 25 minutes.
