Minerva is a wonderful, elegant apartment located on the first floor with an elevator. It features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It is located in the Aurelio district, just a few minutes' drive from the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and the Trevi Fountain. It is 350 meters from the bus stop and 500 meters from the "Baldo degli Ubaldi" metro station. Pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby.

**The space:**
The apartment is one of a kind: surrounded by greenery and meticulously designed to make it both welcoming and elegant.

- BEDROOM Queen size bed measuring 160x200 cm with en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and mirror.
- SINGLE BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom also equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and mirror, and in addition a small WALK-IN CLOSET with a vertical mirror.
It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. For this reason, it also features air conditioning in all rooms, fast and free FIBER Wi-Fi, excellent for those who work from home, and reserved PARKING in a garage in the same building available upon request at a cost of 15 euros per day.
- SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
- Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM - 8 AM), upon arrival and departure.
- Upon check-out, any waste should be kindly disposed of outside in the condominium bins.
- Bathroom kits and EXTRA cleaning services are available at a cost NOT included in the booking fee.
- NCC service available upon request.
