l'appartamento è nel cuore del quartiere Parioli: Parioli è un quartiere alla moda, molto pulito e accogliente, sicuro, con accessibilità ai mezzi pubblici e servizi. Poco distante dalla università LUISS. Ci sono supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. Facilità nel raggiungere in metro il centro di Roma da piazza Euclide poco distante. Utilissimo il noleggio di monopattini. Le pulizie, il cambio lenzuola e il cambio asciugamani sono inclusi nel canone di affitto. Le spese condominiali (per la portineria del palazzo) sono escluse . Il regolamento condominiale richiede il rispetto della quiete nelle ore serali e nelle prime ore del pomeriggio; si invita pertanto a mantenere basso il volume della TV e della musica. Non sono consentite feste, ritrovi o cene tra studenti all’interno dell’appartamento. È possibile ospitare occasionalmente parenti o amici previa comunicazione al proprietario.
