This flat was completely renovated according to my taste as an architect. It is located in Pigneto, one of the most vibrant areas of Rome.
If you are interested in renting my house, please tell me a bit about yourself. What do you do in life, why do you want to come to Rome.Since I live in France, I select my tenants according to their description. So don't hesitate also to give me your rental references. All bills are registered in my name so I expect people to be reasonable in the use of gas and electricity. The house is fully equipped except for the linens. All my past tenants have been very happy and often extended their tenancy

A stunning 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and AC is available to rent near the Metro in Pigneto. The property has a stylish living room, where you can relax on the 2 big sofas and watch TV, have guests over for dinner at the dining table, or step out onto the balcony to enjoy a delicious cappuccino on sunny mornings.
The kitchen is modern and has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a cool bar area with 2 bar stools. The bedroom is bright and spacious, with a large double bed and a unique, world-map wall mural. The bathroom is also contemporary, with a gorgeous sink area and a large, walk-in shower.
Pigneto is a central, well-connected neighborhood just to the southeast of the Roman city center. Here, you'll enjoy lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops-- but, if hanging out around the neighborhood isn't your thing, the nearby Metro will get you into the city center fast!

- There is a lovely balcony in the apartment.
- AC is installed-- no suffering through the hot, hot, hot Roman summer here!
- A Metro station is nearby. Transport sorted.
