Nella casa non manca nulla di cui potreste aver bisogno. É tenuta sempre al meglio ed ha comunque avuto una buona rinfrescata lo scorso anno. Il quartiere è pulito e accogliente, molto ricco di attività, con scuole di teatro, di cinema e TV, di danza e di musica, più di un supermercato, molti posti per mangiare e qualche bar carino nelle vicinanze, una piccola sartoria per le vostre riparazioni, un emporio, un orologiaio. C'è anche un pronto soccorso a pochi minuti dalla casa, ma non vi servirà. Gli autobus vi portano in pochi minuti alla metropolitana, alla università ROMATRE, all'EUR e al centro di Roma. Qui vi sentirete a casa.

It also has an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, and a small dining table and chairs. The bedroom features a double bed, a desk, and a television which is visible from the double bed - perfect for late night television! The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink.
