Appartamento di 89 mq per 3 persone, immerso nel tranquillo quartiere dell'Aventino, un’oasi di pace nel centro di Roma, molto ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici (autobus, metro Piramide e stazione ferroviaria Ostiense), e vicino ai rinomati bar e ristoranti di Testaccio. Situato al secondo piano di un elegante edificio con ascensore, entrando nell'appartamento si viene accolti dalla luce che penetrante dalle finestre disposte su tre lati e crea un ambiente caldo e invitante. Il pavimento e’ in rovere a spina di pesce, le porte sono in massello, le finestre hanno doppi vetri ed il riscaldamento e’ autonomo. Ci sono due camere da letto, due bagni (uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia), una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno-pranzo. La camera da letto più grande ha un letto matrimoniale (180x200 cm) e un armadio (4 ante). La più piccola ha un letto singolo (che può diventare matrimoniale), un armadio e una cassettiera. Entrambe hanno l’aria condizionata e si affacciano su un balcone che guarda su tetti. La cucina e’ completamente attrezzata e mette a disposizione un bancone con 3 sgabelli, elettrodomestici moderni (tra cui una lavastoviglie, una macchina da caffè Nespresso, un forno e un mw) e una serie di utensili da cucina. L'adiacente sala da pranzo-soggiorno offre un luogo accogliente per rilassarsi con un tavolo da pranzo rotondo in rovere, 4 sedie, un divano con TV. È richiesto un deposito di 1 mese e verrà riaccreditato 14 giorni dopo il checkout.

E' possibile prendere la residenza con contratto di 18 mesi o piu' lungo. Se le utenze rimangono intestate alla proprieta', verranno calcolate a forfait: €300 (€180 utenze+€120 condominio), salvo conguaglio alla fine della locazione per consumi eccedenti. L'importo mensile si riferisce al periodo che va dal 1 al 31 di ogni mese, salvo diversi accordi. Per conteggio giornaliero, la tariffa calcolata subisce un incremento del 20%.

It is possible to take the residence with an 18-month contract (or longer). Utilities will be paid by the landlord and reimbursed monthly (€300, including condominium) The monthly rent starts the first day of the month and terminates the last (31st), except for a different agreement with the landlord. Should the amount be calculated per day, a supplement of 20% will be added.
