PROPERTY COMPOSITION
Cozy furnished one bedroom apartment (“bilocale”) of 60 square meters located on the fourth and top floor of a charming residence designed Goring & Straja Architects.
The apartment was renovated in 2024. Double access from viale di Trastevere 182 and via Rusconi 9, both equipped with a comfortable lift. Video Intercom. The living room includes a kitchen with all appliances (electric oven, induction cook-top, dishwasher and microwave with grill function) and coffee machine. It is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed and a 43-inch TV. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, night stands, walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Large wardrobe. Bathroom with hydromassage tub, bidet and washer-dryer. Internal private courtyard.
Independent heating with radiators. Cold/hot air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The property is located just 15 minutes walking from Piazza San Cosimato and 10 mins by tram from Piazza Venezia. It enjoys an extensive public transport network (trams 3L and 8 and buses H, 115 and 170). Very convenient for reaching John Cabott University and American University of Rome (AUR), both approx. 20 min walk.
