ENG Cafarella Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, this spacious and bright apartment is currently being fully renovated and furnished. It features a large living room with a dining table and sofa, opening onto a terrace of about 10 sqm, perfect for relaxing moments. The separate kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with 6 burners, and a very large refrigerator. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms (both with new beds and pillows, one with a large built-in wardrobe), a small bedroom/study with desk and chair, as well as two bathrooms. At the entrance, there is a spacious hallway, a reinforced security door. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, while air conditioning is not available. Currently, the photos are provisional: the apartment is in the process of being furnished.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
