Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e divano, affacciato su un terrazzo di circa 10 mq, perfetto per momenti di relax. La cucina indipendente è moderna e funzionale, dotata di 6 fuochi e un frigorifero molto capiente. La zona notte comprende due camere matrimoniali (entrambe con letti e cuscini nuovi, una con armadio a parete molto ampio), una cameretta/studio con scrivania e sedia, oltre a due bagni. All’ingresso si trovano un grande disimpegno, porta blindata. L’appartamento è riscaldato con impianto autonomo, mentre non è presente l’aria condizionata. Attualmente le foto sono provvisorie: l’appartamento è in fase di arredamento.

It features a large living room with a dining table and sofa, opening onto a terrace of about 10 sqm, perfect for relaxing moments. The separate kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with 6 burners, and a very large refrigerator. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms (both with new beds and pillows, one with a large built-in wardrobe), a small bedroom/study with desk and chair, as well as two bathrooms. At the entrance, there is a spacious hallway, a reinforced security door. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, while air conditioning is not available. Currently, the photos are provisional: the apartment is in the process of being furnished.
