Ristrutturato, è composto da una camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto e televisore, un bagno con vasca e un cucinotto attrezzato di tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa lavatrice completa il tutto una zona pranzo confortevole con una seconda tv. E’ dotato di Wi-Fi gratuito 24h, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata. Per accedere all'appartamento è necessario scendere alcuni scalini. Tutte le finestre della casa affacciano su un giardino interno.
L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Roma nel residenziale quartiere prati . Dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla basilica di San Pietro- Musei Vaticani e da Castel Sant'Angelo. Raggiungibile a piedi anche il Tribunale, la Rai e la Corte dei Conti. E’ un quartiere famoso oltre che per i monumenti per lo shopping con i suoi numerosi negozi, oltre a ristoranti e pub ed è ottimamente collegato con il resto della città da numerosi autobus e dalla linea A della metropolitana (fermata Lepanto o San Pietro-Ottaviano)
