E' dotato di PORTIERE, per la sicurezza degli ospiti.
E’ stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con eleganza e cura nel dettaglio, per offrire il massimo comfort. È dotato di workstation (con WIFI libero/veloce) e postazione scrivania.
E' su due livelli con scala interna.
AL PIANO TERRA:
- un ampio soggiorno con Smart TV, Alexa, divano, angolo lettura con scrivania;
- cucina abitabile completamente accessoriata;
- e un bagno finestrato.
AL PIANO PRIMO:
- due camere da letto:
una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e lettino/culla per neonati e CASSAFORTE con combinazione elettronica;
