This modern, spacious 60m² property has an open-plan living room and kitchen area, with large floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural sunlight. The bathroom has plenty of built-in storage and a generous mirror, as well as a shower-bathtub. The balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room.
Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Monteverde, you will be appropriately located near a large green area. There are several cafes and restaurants in the area, where you can try local food without the hubbub of the city bustle. The nearest supermarket is conveniently only 2-minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped, and comes with everything you need to cook, including a dishwasher, oven, an extremely large fridge with a generous freezer compartment, and an overhead fan.
- The bedroom has plenty of storage and a walk in closet, as well as balcony access - a spacious, comfortable place to call home.
- The apartment is well-located near several restaurants, cafes, and a large park.
- The living room has large glass doors which lead to balcony access, and also let in plenty of natural sunlight.
- There is lots of built-in storage throughout the apartment.
