The apartment has minimal furnishings but bedroom 2 comes fully furnished and the living room has a couch and large flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 is a very spacious room with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage space and a dining table.

Osteria del Curato is a residential district about 35 minutes southeast of Rome City Center, but you are well-connected by Metro and train. On Via Alberto Burri, you have all your basic amenities close by with a hardware store, several grocery stores, and a hair salon a few minutes away. Students and professionals are also about 30 minutes to the Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata.
