This 70m² property is regulated with central heating and has public parking available.

In San Giovanni, you will never have a boring day. You will be located under a 5-minute walk from the closest Metro station, and you will be close to many modern Roman icons. There is a supermarket just around the block, theaters and cinemas close by, and many restaurants and cafes to strike your fancy. There are also plenty of shops and daily service needs, such as banks and salons, around the area as well.
