This 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Alessio Baldovinetti is on the 4th floor. The building does have an elevator, so you don’t need to walk up the stairs unless you want to. In front of the entrance door, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room. It’s a long, rectangular space with tile floors and a large sliding door to your balcony at the other end. The space has been renovated, and the fully-equipped kitchen is modern and includes a gas stove and dishwasher. The rest of the room is furnished with a sofa bed and TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. The bathroom, which has a shower stall and washing machine, is very spacious. The bedroom is also huge, with a large wardrobe and a furnished balcony.
Your new home is in a quiet, residential suburb surrounded by green spaces, just east of EUR, in the south of Rome. It’s ideal for a peaceful lifestyle, but it is also well connected. You can get to the city center by Metro in less than an hour. Lake Central and Ninfeo parks are just a couple of the green spaces within a 30-minute walk. There are many more. Centro Commerciale I Granai shopping mall is 20 minutes away. You don’t have to go far for groceries, either. There is a Carrefour Market across the street, along with a café and a couple of restaurants.
What we liked the most
- You can’t beat having access to 2 balconies to enjoy warm summer days.
- The entire apartment has been renovated and includes a washing machine and A/C.
- The bedroom is is very big, and so is the wardrobe for all of your clothes!
- The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing with lots of parks.
