A sunny 1-bedroom apartment with a large terrace and AC is available to rent in Balduina. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the cozy, red couch, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen has all the basics, including a small gas stove and a large fridge-freezer.

The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and lots of storage space for all your things in the built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and bright, and it has a sizable shower and large mirror over the sink.

You'll be living in Balduina, a quiet, residential area to the northwest of Rome and Vatican City. Around the area, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops to enjoy.
