This nice 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Ilario Alibrandi is a ground floor apartment. It has contemporary furnishings and a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove. The bedrooms are spacious and there are two bathrooms. One has a shower and the other has a jacuzzi tub. Just outside of your front door is a lovely furnished terrace that you can enjoy with neighbors.
Aurelio neighborhood is a change from city life. You’re close to Villa Carpegna Park, so it’s peaceful and green in this neck of the woods. However, you don’t have to walk far to find a supermarket, banks, or restaurants. Students will appreciate this neighborhood. It’s 30 minutes away from the European University of Rome and 30 minutes from downtown, too.
