Spotahome's opinion
This simple 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Via dei Gonzaga is on the ground floor. The decor is functional and comfortable. There isn’t a living room, but the bedrooms are spacious. One of them has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and TV. The other has twin beds. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s fully equipped and has a small fridge and 2-burner stove top. A small dining table is in the corridor. There is one bathroom with a shower cabinet.
La Pisana is a neighborhood where you can really live like a local. It’s like a small village and it’s surrounded by sprawling parks and green spaces. There is a family amusement park just 10 minutes away. The European University of Rome is a 20-minute bus ride away. It’s a good place to have a car, but transportation links to the city are good. For the post office, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, head up to Via della Pisana. It’s a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don’t have to buy dishes.
- There is a washing machine, which is handy.
- You have access to a terrace.
- You’re close to restaurants and shops.
