This nice 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Oderisi da Gubbio is on the 4th floor. It has been newly renovated and the bathroom and kitchen are modern. The bathroom is spacious and bright, and houses the washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen shares a single space with the living and dining room. It’s furnished with a 4-seat table, sofa bed, and TV. From this room, you can access a balcony with a view to the interior courtyard. The double bedroom is sunny, spacious, and has a huge wardrobe.
The Portuense neighborhood is to the southwest of the city center. The Tiber River weaves to the south and east of your new home. With lots of local shops and pizzerias, you’re not in the quietest part of the area, but it is residential. Still, the Via Portuense Necropolis, an archaeological site, is nearby, and you’ll find a few lovely parks. There is a supermarket down the street, as well as a health food store and a health club 2 minutes away.
