This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on Via Raffaello Giovagnoli, in Monteverde is fully furnished and has plenty of character. The property has it all, from the charming decor, to the fully equipped kitchen and the sunny terrace. The furnished bedroom has a double bed and opens out into another sunny room that could be used in many different ways.

The apartment is located in Monteverde, where old meets new, and history and modernity collide. The result is a mixed bag, but one definitely worth sampling. Monteverde is you ticket to tranquility outside the hustle of central Rome, but well within reach of shops, excellent local restaurants and anything else that tickles your fancy on your Roman adventure.

What we liked the most

  • Monteverde is a tranquil spot south west of the city centre, and a favourite amongst locals on sunny Sunday afternoons.
  • The apartment gets lots of sun and is nice and bright.
  • The apartment has a thoughtful decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
  • The terrace is a real highlight, and a magic spot as the sun goes down.
  • Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
  • The cute kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove and oven.
  • There is a piano in the living room for the musicians.
