This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is available to rent as a whole apartment or by bedroom. The 40 m² property is located in Rome's Centro Storico and has wood flooring and en-suite bathrooms. There is small kitchen, but it comes equipped with a gas stove and oven. You will also have access to the building's rooftop terrace.

Not everyone has the chance to live in Rome's Centro Storico, but you do. You are in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, surrounded by public transport, historical monuments, and delicious restaurants. The area around the apartment is also known for its vintage clothing stores and trendy boutiques.

What we liked the most

  • There are AC units, perfect for the hot summers.
  • Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 2 has a private balcony.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
