This charming studio apartment is for rent on Via Stefano Infessura in Appio Latino. This ground floor apartment has a small kitchen on the right when you enter the apartment with wooden cabinets in which to store food and crockery. The living room doubles as a bedroom with a sofa that becomes a double bed. There are 2 wardrobes in which to keep your belongings. The wardrobe also spins around and a double bed can be pulled out. Lastly the bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
This apartment is well connected by bus and close to the subway which makes it very accessible by the rest of the city. You can find many restaurants in the area where you could go to eat when you can't be bothered cooking.
What we liked the most
- There is a dining table in the kitchen where you can eat meals.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook.
- There is a clothesline in the patio where you could hang laundry on a nice day.
- A supermarket is located around the corner from the apartment.
- You can find a retail store in the area.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no AC in this apartment so a fan or portable unit may be necessary in summer.
- The apartment has no parking available. However, the public transport links are excellent.
