This lovely 1-bedroom apartment on Via Marco Valerio Corvo, in Tuscolano is fully furnished. The property has a simple but stylish decor, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a sofa and small dining table. There is a nice street facing balcony accessible via the bedroom and living room, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a very generous wardrobe for your belongings.

The apartment is located in Tuscolano, a neighbourhood that is equal parts old and new. The central areas of the district are lively and busy with activity, while the outer areas are where you'll find a bit of peace and quite in the lovely parks and open spaces. The Metro is very close by, so getting around the city from here is a breeze.

What we liked the most

  • Tuscolano is a unique area of Rome, and a true locals locale.
  • The apartment has plenty of space, with an independent kitchen and living room.
  • Central heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
  • There is a nice balcony, which makes an excellent spot for that morning espresso.
  • The kitchen is modern and has plenty of bench space to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment, however the landlord can have it installed if necessary.
  • The kitchen is not fully equipped.
  • The shelving/ library in the entrance of the apartment will be removed before new tenants move in.
