The living room opens up onto a big balcony with courtyard views and has 2 couches and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen also has a balcony and also comes with a table, great for having breakfast. You also have a third room that is furnished as a study with a desk and plenty of shelving.

Colli Portuensi is a quiet, residential district located to the south of Rome. If you prefer a calmer atmosphere with more greenery, than this is a great choice. You have several bus stops nearby that can take you into the city in just 40 minutes. But you won't need to go very far with plenty of amenities just a short walk away.
