La casa si trova nel quartiere di Tor Pignattara, a due passi dalla Metro C Malatesta, e di fronte al trenino Laziali che in 10 minuti porta alla stazione ferroviaria di Termini.
Il quartiere è multietnico ed è pieno di attività commerciali.
La casa ha due condizionatori, porta blindata, doppi vetri, porte artigianali, forno a microonde, divano letto contenitore, 2 televisori. Riscaldamento autonomo.
