Clean, fresh, and spacious only just begin to describe this apartment. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 huge balconies (one of which connects the three bedrooms). It also features a lovely bright kitchen, and two huge bathrooms that are spotlessly clean and roomy. Apart from the huge balcony overlooking the gorgeous neighbourhood, this apartment also makes clever use of the available space. We loved this property.

Spotted with parks and green spaces, this area is awesome. Known for being an up-and-coming neighbourhood, there is plenty to do and see here. Also check out the array of incredible restaurants within walking distance. You'll find fresh flavours and something for everyone.

What we liked the most

  • Although this apartment features 3 bedrooms, one is in fact a shared space. There is a bed there (handy for guests), but could definitely be used as an extra storage/sitting area for the rest of the house.
  • There are 2 huge balconies here and both are great. They allow for plenty of light to enter into the apartment, but also quite literally double your living space. Lots of wine to be had out here while watching the city go by.
  • 2 bathrooms for an apartment this size is awesome. No having to wait for anyone.
  • The location of this apartment is really something special. Everyone knows that old industrial areas are the new place to be.
