La casa è confortevole, ed è una porzione di villa con ingresso indipendente. Per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna scendere qualche gradino. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo. La zona è molto ben servita, a pochi km c’è il più grande centro Commerciale d’Italia: Porta di Roma. Nelle vicinanze si trovano servizi di ogni genere: supermercati, farmacie, negozi, ristoranti, palestre. Poco distante c’è un oasi di verde: il “Parco Talenti”, ideale per lunghe passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. E' ben collegata con il centro e con la metro. A pochi passi si trova il capolinea di un autobus che porta direttamente alla fermata della metro B e al centro di Roma.
