The artists element

Because I want views that inspire me

Will I like it here?

That depends...

Are you wanting to live in a groovy area full of creatives like yourself? Looking for the apartment to match?

You've come to the right place.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love this classic apartment and the style it portrays. A mix of old and new. Just check out those floors. Living here will have you inspired.

We think it’s ideal for a creative who wants an alternative apartment, and the location to match. Head to Pedonale for live music and trendy cafes and bars.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • You will have a lovely little balcony from the bedroom and kitchen.
  • There is a cool little desk with a typewriter – get typing.
  • The location. Full of cafes and creatives.

But you need to know this...

  • There is currently no Wi-Fi – no worries though, there's tons of internet cafes minutes away.
  • The kitchen doesn't come equipped – you get to bring your favorite bowels with you.

Neighborhood information

Your bohemian life, just the way you like it

A gritty, groovy, graffiti-filled neighbourhood, where emerging artists are in their element.

Like the sound of that?

You've come to the right place.

Unleash your creativity in Pigneto, where freedom of expression is encouraged, not judged.

What can I do here?

Pigneto is a place for watching and learning.

There are no big tourist attractions here. Residents are free to explore their creativity. You should follow their lead.

The Pedonale area is popular. You'll find bars, cafés, and live music in this traffic-free zone.

You can browse market stalls full of fresh fruit and veg. They line both sides of the street. The same street that thrummed with energy from partygoers mere hours before.

Hungry? You'll want a trend-setting restaurant to go with this ultra-hip neighbourhood.

Try Primo al Pigneto. They serve up creative takes on traditional Roman plates. Colour, elegance, and an authentic Roman style. You don't want to skip this gem.

Follow up with some excellent cocktails around the corner at Magnebevo. It's been variously described as 'exquisite', 'excellent', and 'absolutely perfect'. It has to be worth a try.

Dangerous fact

Pigneto used to be notorious for drug dealers, crime, and more than we'd like to say here.

Fortunately, it's scrubbed itself clean. The risky reputation is gone. Now it's a great place to raise a young, hipster family.

Can I afford it? €€(mid-range)
