This is a cosy 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Via dei Campani in Rome. It has an open-plan living-kitchen area, a double bedroom, and the bonus of AC during the summer months.

For workers or postgrads after somewhere comfortable and convenient, close to public transport and with the added bonus of being able to bring your (small) pet, this property in lively San Lorenzo is a great choice.

  • Staying cool when temperatures rise - no sweat to be seen with AC available.
  • Catching a train to Venice or Naples - proximity to Termini station is a plus.
  • Leaving the dishes for the machine to do - you're too important for that.
