This Italian Villa is very spacious, fully air-conditioned in the summers, and fully heated in winters, measuring one hundred and fifty square meters including the patio (verranda) of twentyfive square meters, and is very well-maintained and clean. The property has a very large living room measuring about forty square meters, a private garden, and access to a common swimming pool and tennis/football court . The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. There is ample parking space available within the condominium area. The house is surrounded by green vegetation, and fresh air, without city smog. Fiumicino International Airport is just thirty minutes away, and Ciampino Airport only ten minutes, by car. A public transport bus stop is just a five minute walk away, and the nearest metro station can be reached in about twenty minutes by bus.
The villa is situated in a residential complex with gardens, very well suited for students, or people who want to work in a peaceful, quiet and clean environment without being disturbed by the noise of the large city.
The city centre can be reached in just twenty minutes by metro, and the Rome University Roma Three can be reached in just ten minutes from the metro station.
