This Italian Villa is very spacious, fully air-conditioned in the summers, and fully heated in winters, measuring one hundred and fifty square meters including the patio (verranda) of twentyfive square meters, and is very well-maintained and clean. The property has a very large living room measuring about forty square meters, a private garden, and access to a common swimming pool and tennis/football court . The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. There is ample parking space available within the condominium area. The house is surrounded by green vegetation, and fresh air, without city smog. A public transport bus stop is just a five minute walk away, and the nearest metro station can be reached in about twenty minutes by bus.
