La proprietà si trova in una delle strade principali del centro che conducono al Colosseo che dista circa 200 metri. In prossimità della proprietà ci sono tutti i servizi e accurati controlli da parte delle forze dell'ordine (sia carabinieri che polizia che guardia di finanza che servizi segreti) che hanno il loro comando a pochi metri da via Labicana. A 100 metri dalla proprietà si trova un importante centro sportivo con piscine , campi da calcio, tennis e corsi vari di ginnastica.

gestisco l'affitto di questa mia proprietà da oltre 20 anni, ultimamente anche con il prezioso supporto di mio figlio. Abito a 100 metri dalla proprietà e conosco bene ogni caratteristica della zona. Cerco di trattare gli inquilini che principalmente sono studenti e studentesse molto giovani come fossero miei figli perchè capisco le difficoltà che possono avere nell'ambientarsi in una nuova città e in una nuova nazione. In me e Manuel trovano un punto di riferimento importante sia dentro che fuori l'appartamento Dato che la vicinanza dalla proprietà me lo consente, sono a disposizione ogni ora del giorno e della notte a dare veloce supporto soprattutto se si tratta di problemi di salute e sicurezza. I genitori che mandano i loro figli ad abitare nella mia proprietà seppure per un breve periodo possono stare tranquilli con me e mio figlio. Io sono stata un funzionario pubblico di alto livello e mio figlio è un docente di ruolo delle scuole pubbliche . Siamo persone più che affidabili e accoglienti orientati sempre verso il benessere di chi sceglie la nostra proprietà per soggiornare nella nostra bellissima città di Roma.
