The condominium is located around three km northeast of the historic centre of Rome and only a twelve-minute walk from Villa Borghese. The condominium has a large garden and it is a five-minute walk and stairs(thirty) from the entrance to the building to the apartment. Parioli is one of the most elegant and residential neighbourhoods of Rome, not far from the city centre. It is full of high-level restaurants, cinemas, theatres and stores of the best brands. It is located between two large parks: Villa Ada, ideal for sports lovers, and Villa Borghese, an enchanting setting for pleasant walks to Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the famous Borghese Museum.
