Welcoming and functional 45 sqm two-room apartment located on the 4th floor (with two elevators), open space with a small entrance, living and dining room, kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat. The building was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlight its brightness and modernism.
