Beautiful, extravagant, and welcoming 90 sqm three-room apartment located on the 7th floor (with two elevators), open space, living and dining room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an amazing terrace. The property opens onto the day area featuring a wonderful view through glass windows and doors with an exit to the terrace and a stunning view of Rome and its surroundings. The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sofa The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat. The building was built in 1949 and designed by Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019. The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlight its brightness and modernism.
