This 80 sqm three bedroom apartment with one bathroom features one double room, one twin room and one single room, comfortably accommodating up to five people. This elegant exterior apartment enjoys splendid street views and is beautifully decorated using antique style furniture and decorations. It is also superbly equipped including having an ample kitchen, a laundry room, central heating, bed linen and air-conditioning. It is located on Corso d'italia, in the bustling commercial and residential neighborhood of Parioli, within close proximity to Sapienza University and Termini, the city's main train station. There is a handy welcome folder in the apartment with information about the neighborhood, allowing you to make the most of living in this amazing central location in one of the most beautiful cities of the world.
What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious hallway, furnished with a sofa, a desk and a bookcase.
- If you enjoy cooking, you will be pleased to discover the spacious and wonderfully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook in comfort and style.
- In this room you will also find a dining table with four chairs, where you can get together with the family for a joint breakfast to start the day.
- There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine, a sink, an ironing board, an iron, a rack to dry your washing and other cleaning equipment.
- Bedroom 1 has a TV, and bedroom 3 features a small table with two chairs.
- The bathroom has a bathtub.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a wardrobe in the hallway which is only to be accessed by the landlord. (this is where he keeps spare towels and sheets).
- Important: Only small pets are allowed.
