Located on Piazzale Tiburtino, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located next to Termini Station is absolutely stunning inside and out. Where do we start? For one, you have views of the Roman ruins from all the windows, reminding you that you’re living in the center of one of the oldest cities in the world. Secondly, the apartment for rent comes fully furnished for comfort. The kitchen is every food lover’s dream come true, with wooden cabinets, gas stove, and an oven to whip out home cooked meals! The neighborhood, referred to as San Lorenzo, isn’t so bad either; actually, it’s equally as great as the available flat! Considered the heart of the city’s creativity and art culture, San Lorenzo boasts a vibrant atmosphere and it’s quite popular among the young and the hip. Living in this apartment will give you an opportunity to experience a lively Roman lifestyle while having a wonderful home to come back to everyday. The added convenience of having various train and metro lines all within walking distance doesn't hurt either! The apartment for rent measures 42 m2 in area.
What we liked the most
- We absolutely loved every aspect of the flat! If we had to choose, it'd be the the gorgeous views of the Roman walls that you can enjoy from the windows.
- The big windows let in a lot of light, keeping the whole flat very luminous.
- The location is extremely convenient; with Termini station a walking distance, this apartment in San Lorenzo will allow you to enjoy Rome to the max.
- The kitchen is completely equipped with a gas stove, 2 sinks, and a stainless steel oven. Get ready to try out some new Italian recipes all from the comfort of your own room!
- As the windows are double paned, you won't be bothered by unnecessary street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't a living room, but there is a sofa in the bedroom where you can relax on your free time.
- IMPORTANT: after our check, the king size bed has been changed with a queen size bed and, in addition, a sofa bed has been placed in the room.
