The two storey house for rent is fully furnished, consisting of a sunny kitchen, equipped with all necessary amenities to prepare delicious meals, a shared bathroom and a toilet room, 5 spacious bedrooms and a large living and dining area with a TV and a fireplace. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, all utilities are already included in the rent. With parking available, this 240m2 house is an ideal choice for those who wish to escape the city buzz - you can easily reach the city centre in under an hour!
What we liked the most
- This is a perfect choice for a family or couples as the villa features fantastic green spaces where you can play with your children.
- The kitchen is spacious and fully furnished, consisting of plenty of cupboards and all necessary amenities, as well as an access to the patio.
- Four of the five bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and all rooms feature exterior views of the garden.
- Parking is available in front of the house - commuting to the city centre will not be a problem.
- The house is pet-friendly - we are sure your furry friends will enjoy the large garden!
- All utilities are already included in the price of rent.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the house is located on the outskirts of Rome and would best suit tenants with a car as it takes 45 minutes to reach the city centre and public transportation is limited to a train station, which is a 15 minute drive away.
- The house has two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and one toilet room.
- This villa consists of two apartments, rented separately with separate communal areas.
