Il condominio è tranquillo e sicuro, ha un servizio di portineria e, se necessario, un parcheggio auto condiviso interno gratuito. La casa ha 2 camere distinte piu un accogliente soggiorno con divano, poltrona e tv. L'angolo cottura è equipaggiato di tutto il necesssario. da poco sono state anche applicate delle zanzariere. E' possibile inoltre avere degli ospiti durante il periodo di soggiorno.
