(LE FOTO DELLA SECONDA STANZA DEVONO ESSERE AGGIORNATE). A pochi passi a piedi dalla fermata metro bologna e stazione tiburtina e dallla stazione dei treni tiburtina (dove arriva anche il treno da fiumicino aereoporto); finestre a taglio termico appena sostituite così come la maggior parte degli elettrodomestici, tutti nuovi; mq circa settanta più balconi; ogni tipo di servizio a pochi passi; due fermate metropolitana
