HOME GIGLIO LUXURY, has recently undergone a complete renovation and modernization of all its components. It is a delightful apartment with a garden, very rare in Rome, located inside an elegant building with a doorman. The apartment comes fully furnished with a double bedroom that is perfectly suited to a single stay well as a stay for two or a couple, there is also a big desk in the room with matching chest of drawing for students or workers. It also has a large equipped walk-in closet, a living room with a double sofa and a big latest-generation Smart TV, a kitchen complete with all the most modern appliances from induction hobs to a microwave, a functional breakfast corner and a modern bathroom with a glass shower. It also has a washing machine, drying area and outdoor sink in the garden.
The apartment is cool in summer thanks to the garden and air conditioning system and warm in winter thanks to the radiators managed with studied ignitions. The area, residential, it is very elegant and full of green parks, very quiet and peaceful, with easy parking, but also well served by public transport. Near HOME GIGLIO LUXURY there are many services, there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and characteristic pubs where you can enjoy an aperitif also listening to live music.
