This property is in a prime location on Via Tiburtina which is just minutes from Sapienza University and Roma Termini train station. The flat has a colourful kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table. The bathroom features a bathtub which is a rare luxury for properties near the city centre. The spacious living room has a comfortable velvet sofa. The luminous bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a standalone wardrobe that provides plenty of storage space. The nearest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele which is a short walk from the apartment.

- The interior of the apartment is very traditional, with original floor tiling in the living room that dates back to the early 20th century.
- The apartment is decorated with colourful furniture that combines modern style with traditional elegance.
- There are plenty of windows in the flat which let in natural sunlight and fresh air.
