Collegato alla stazione termini in venti min di bus, e da aeroporto FCO in quaranta min di taxi . Vucino la casa ci sono diversi superrmercati, come naturasì e carrefour, oltre che ogni genere di pub, locali, ristoranti. Sono stati appena restaurati i solai in legno, di colore chiaro e imbiancato tutto l'appartamento. Comodissimo e intimo. Per studio, lavoro, vacanza.
