Large en-suite rooms are available to rent in this huge 11-bedroom property in Torre Vecchia. The property is spread across 2 buildings in a large plot of land, and there are several common areas for shared use. There is a small laundry room with a washing machine. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, and most have access to a balcony also. Outside of the building are shaded areas with more tables, and plenty of seating.
The property is located on Vai Fraconalto, in a green, peaceful, residential district in the west of the city. The quiet, winding streets in the area are typical of Roman suburbia, but you'll have multiple bus connections to chose from to take you all over the city. There is also a main road nearby, with a few local shops plus a big supermarket.

What we liked the most
- Each of the rooms has its own en-suite bathroom, so you won't have to worry about queuing.
- The covered areas with lots of tables outside are a great place to get to know your housemates, and relax in the shade during the hot Roman summer.
- Despite living in suburbia, you'll find a large supermarket less than 10-minutes' walk away.
- The location is great for students at Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, which is less than 15-minutes' walk away.
